Mariana Nannis, known in the 90s for her eccentricities and unrestrained luxury, was arrested several hours by police in Miami after trying to steal from a luxurous clothes store.
Claudio Caniggia’s wife, former striker of the national football team, changed the labels on some items of clothing to pay less, but was caught thanks to the security cameras.
The incident draws attention to the causes that would have led Nannis to commit such an offense, since Claudio Caniggia would not be a in a difficult economic situation. Even though he quit professional football years ago, Caniggia has won a lot of money and would have continued generating more through investment.
