D’Elia supports the Quebracho group leader, who is now beginning to be tried

In Comodoro Py court begins trial against Quebracho group leader, Fernando Esteche, and Luis social leader D’Elia was present to support him.

The court scene is tinged with tension, to see members of this violent group, hooded and with sticks in their hands, hitting the fences that protect the buildings.

D’Elia said that if the court rules against the Quebracho leader, social groups will join to protest against the judges who are considered not independent, they are instruments of political persecution to the members of the group.

Quebracho staged a march in April 2007, in repudiation of Teacher Carlos Fuentealba murder in the province of Neuquén and they destroyed a local supporter of Governor Jorge Sobisch.

The trial is conducted by the oral court in federal criminal number 3, and the judges are Gerardo Larrambebere, Miguel Pons and Guillermo Gordo. The same is done in the basement of Retiro court.

Both Esteche as the other defendants will be tried for the crimes of “fire, attack and resistance to authority and damage” for which they were prosecuted by Federal Judge Ariel Lijo.
