The president, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, said that the media and the opposition treated her unfairly, stating that a president haven’t been treated like this by the media and members of the opposition before.
In her speech she suppported her style of governance and she said that it is because her government is “dedicated to the great majority and not for the big corporatives.”
“The decision of ruling for the majority, is perhaps the strongest issue against me,” said Cristina, in an act in the locality of Vedia.
She clarified in her speech that people give her the strength to tolerate the things that the media and the opposition tell to her and her way of governing.
Also in her speech she declared that supports the economic model imposed since 2003. “This model does not leave out anyone, even those who criticize, but the one imposed in the 90s did leave many people in the street,” declared the president.
She ended the speech saying that “we are building a Argentina for all” and that “they thought we were going to fall due to the swine flew and the economic crisis, but here we are, recording record of sales of cars in Easter.
